Air Fried Cod with Batter Mix

Ingredients

• 2 C of Air Krisp Batter Mix

• 4 Pieces of Cod

• ¾ C Air Krisp Egg Wash Replacement

• 1¼ C Water

Instructions

• Heat air fryer to 400°F

• Mix Air Krisp Batter Mix and water

• Mix Air Krisp Egg Wash Replacement and water

• Moisten cod with Air Krisp Egg Wash Replacement

• Let excess drip off

• Coat cod with Air Krisp Batter Mix

• Spray lightly with olive oil

• Cook for 8 minutes

• Rotate and spray lightly with olive oil

• Cook for 8 minutes until fish is cooked through

• Serve hot with lemon
